CBS Show Home for Three Years and Running!

The 2014 IBC Convention will be held at our CBS semi-annual Show home, the Silicon Valley Embassy Suites.  We love this hotel and we hope you do too!

The Embassy Suites rooms will be available for the IBC Convention at the very special rate of $135/night. It's hard to find regular hotels with this price, let alone these special suites!  These prices close on May 26, so book your rooms early.

CBS Room Suite options:

• King Suites.  A back bedroom with a king-bed, and a front living room area with a couch and tables, perfect for relaxing. The couch also folds out into a comfortable bed. Available through the hotel link.

• Double Suites.   A back bedroom with two double-beds, and a front living room area with a couch and tables, perfect for relaxing. The couch also folds out into a comfortable full bed. Available through the hotel link.

• Accessible Suites or Rooms. There are special accessible suites and/or rooms available.  The top of the line suite is higher priced than the special rate due to the complexity of the systems.  Check the hotel link for prices and details.

• Connecting Suite/Room Combo.  Special! A King Suite connected by a door to a normal hotel room with a king bed. The Embassy Suites features complimentary cooked to order buffet breakfast each morning, and there is special Embassy Suites reception each evening with snacks and beverages.  (And then you can come on up to the convention hospitality room!)

Parking is free for all attendees, as well as local Betta enthusiasts who are welcome to drop by at any time.

 

Shuttle Service

The hotel does not have an airport shuttle, however, CBS will do our own regular pick-up and drop-offs at the San Jose International Airport.

Please let us know when you book your flights what your scheduled arrival and departure times are and which airline, and we will coordinate the schedule.  Contact our CBS/airport liaison, Nelson Snook.

The Embassy Suites is very conveniently located right off Freeway 101 and Great America Parkway/Bowers Avenue.
